User Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. This includes all account information, content, and data associated with your Marvello account.

How to Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of your data in any of the following ways:

  • From within the app: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
  • By email: Send a deletion request to privacy@marvello.ai
  • Via our support portal: Submit a request at support@marvello.ai

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will permanently delete your personal data within 30 days. This includes your profile, generated content, brand data, social media connection tokens, and usage history.

Connected Social Accounts (Meta / Facebook / Instagram)

If you have connected Marvello to Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta platforms, you can revoke Marvello's access at any time by visiting your Facebook App Settings at facebook.com/settings?tab=applications and removing Marvello from the list of authorised apps. Revoking access immediately stops Marvello from accessing your social account data. To also delete any data we have stored in connection with your Meta integration, please submit a deletion request to privacy@marvello.ai.

In compliance with Meta's Platform Terms, we honour all data deletion callbacks sent by Meta and process them within 30 days of receipt.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access: Request access to your personal information
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
  • Data Portability: Request a copy of your data in a structured format
  • Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications

Content Rights and Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you upload and the AI-generated content created through Marvello. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content. However, by using our service, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. We may use anonymised and aggregated data to improve our AI models.

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Meta / Facebook / Instagram: For social publishing and ad management
  • Payment Processors: Secure payment processing (e.g. Stripe)
  • Cloud Storage: Secure storage for generated content

Children's Privacy
